Auto-Underwriting Product Demo: Generating CREFC-OSAR

For this demo, I'll be focusing on our auto-underwriting product and generating CREFC-OSAR. Follow the steps below to understand the process:

Step 1: Adding a New Property

  1. You'll be redirected to the product page.
  2. Here, you can either start by creating a property or by selecting an existing one.
  3. Click on the plus icon to add a new property.
  4. Search for the property name.
  5. Select the property with the correct address from the drop-down suggestions.
  6. Click on the Select Model and choose a model for the property from the drop-down options. For this instance, select the CREFC-OSAR model.
  7. Click the Save button to save and create a new property in your dashboard.

Step 2: Uploading Financial Statements

  1. Select and double-click the Created Property folder from the property list.
  2. You can either drag and drop the files or browse the files.
  3. Upload two financial statements: one for the trailing 12 months and the other for the preceding year.
  4. Provide basic details about the document, such as its period and type.
  5. Click the Save button to start processing.

Step 3: Reviewing Extracted Data

  1. When the document status turns green, it indicates that we are ready to review it.
  2. On the Review screen, click on the Extracted Data tab to examine and adjust the predicted classifications.
  3. Ensure that the NOI from the document matches the calculated NOI on the summary sheet.
  4. Click the Mark Validated button located in the top right corner to validate the document.
  5. Return to the Document screen to review the other document.

Step 4: Generating Reports

  1. After reviewing, you can either generate a report to review variances for the selected statements or produce a CREFC-OSAR.
  2. Click the Model Integration button in the top right corner to proceed and generate CREFC-OSAR.
  3. The data will be downloaded in OSAR format, with both the NOIWS and OSAR sheets containing information for the trailing and preceding years.
  4. To execute the variance, choose the statements and click on the Property Report button located at the top center of the page.
  5. On this screen, you can dynamically generate and display variance for the selected number of periods, which can also be downloaded as an Excel workbook.

This report can be customized to meet your specific requirements. This concludes our demo, and we appreciate your time and attention.
