Let's begin by uploading a document here. You can either click to upload or simply drag and drop the file. For this example, we're uploading an insurance accord 28 or 25.
Upload the Document: Click to upload or drag and drop the file. For this demonstration, we'll use a property liability insurance document. This can be a scanned document, and our system handles both scanned and non-scanned policies.
Parsing the Document: Once uploaded, the document is parsed and moves to the review screen. Here, you'll see the document on the right and the abstracted data points on the left.
Review the Extracted Data: The system successfully identifies the document type (e.g., accord 28) and extracts all details, presenting them in a uniform format. Instead of scattered checkboxes, all information is neatly organized. The system even extracts information from notes within the document.
Customization: The current abstraction is based on our default settings, but it can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Export the Data: Once you're satisfied with the abstraction, you can export the data to an Excel file or upload another document. To export to Excel, simply click on the Excel button. This will export the data into a straightforward Excel format. If you need the information in a specific format, we can accommodate that as well.
Thank you for watching.
