2. **Extract the Information:** Once chosen, click on _Extract File_ to extract the information. Wait for the file extraction process to complete. It typically takes any time between a minute or two to complete.

3. **Review the Extracted Data:** Upon completion, the document is parsed and moved to the review screen. On this screen, the document will be visible on the right, and the abstracted data points will be shown on the left.

4. **Customization:** The current abstraction follows our default settings, but it can be customized to meet your specific needs. We have abstracted details not only around property identification, unit mix, occupancy, financial data, and amenities, but also comparable property details to help you maximize the tool's benefits.

5. **Extract Another File:** After reviewing, click the _Reset_ button to extract another file.
