You can either click to upload or drag and drop the file. For this demo, I have already chosen the file. 3. **Wait for Processing** Please wait until the file has completed processing, as indicated by the processing status. Once processing is complete, the status will change to Finished. 4. **Review Extracted Data** Click on _Property Name_ to review the data extracted. The information is divided into four tabs: - **Appraisal Tab** This tab contains all the data regarding the property, including its identification, financials, location demographics, etc. Clicking the icon in front of every key will help locate the data picked, making it easier for the user to review the extracted information. - **Sales Comp Tab** Switch to this tab by clicking on it in the navigation bar. - **Rent Comp Tab** Switch to this tab by clicking on it in the navigation bar. - **Unit Mix Tab** Navigate to this tab by clicking on it. Based on the properties identified in the comps tabs, a unit mix will be generated to help you analyze and compare rents for different unit configurations. 5. **Complete the Verification Process** Click the _Verify_ button on the navigation bar to complete the verification process. Click _OK_ in the confirmation pop-up to proceed. 6. **Export Data** Once validated, you can click and export this data into Excel format. The data from all the tabs will be available on separate sheets in the downloaded Excel file.
